5. Bloch Technical Systems Inc. terms for contract marketing campaigns: All advertisers must stay within all terms set out at the time of contract; breaking of terms; are subject to the term penalty. Any contract may be canceled at any time by Bloch Technical Systems Inc. at our discretion.
6. Bloch Technical Systems Inc. owns the rights to the intellectual property build for all site contents, even while contract for marketing campaigns. Third party material that is not owned or created by Bloch Technical Systems Inc. will be released after marketing campaigns are over.
7. Any paying user must pay for their services on billing date.

2. All Click-In Advertisers are responsible for their own content to follow our Guidelines Click-In Advertising Guidelines provided at time of contract.
3. All Other Non-Click-In Advertisers/Ad Marketing Campaigns must follow the following guidelines:
• All campaigns must be in English.
• All campaigns must have no relations to sexual content, drugs, illegal activity, relating to illegal activity or pointing to illegal sites, and any other illegal activity will not be allowed.
• All campaigns must have legitimate posting names and addresses to be posted on the
  “SellingYourStuff” Service.
• Any transactions made by sellers or buyers is at own risk. Check out the seller and the buyer before you buy or sell your items. Bloch Technical Systems Inc. and “SellingYourStuff” Service is not responsible for any of your transactions.

Consignment Sales on “SellingYourStuff” Service:

1. Any client or business that would like to use our “SellingYourStuff” Consignment Sales must abide by all of our current contract consignment sales terms and conditions.
2. Terms And Conditions:
• Any item(s) must not be illegal, illegal in nature, stolen, soiled items, or fake item(s). Items in which are not approved will be removed. You will; however, not be charged for processing any of these items unless “you” - the seller, have continually to submit the same type of items once you have been told we do not allow them to be processed.
• Any item(s) must be in the possession of “you” or Bloch Technical Systems Inc.. to be listed. The item(s) must be available for sale, and not sold.
• The set price or auctioned price is non-negotiable. “You” - the seller, must ship the item to the buyer. No matter the price the item was sold at.
• “You” - the seller, must place you’re own terms and conditions of each product or service that is to be listed on the Consignment Sales.
• “You” - the seller, waive all liabilities, and claims to the “SellingYourStuff” Service, and Bloch Technical Systems Inc.. Since this is simply a tool for you to use.
• The “buyer” and “seller” must agree on all terms and conditions of the seller’s item. If “buyer” does not agree, “buyer should not buy item or bid on auction for item.
• “Buyer” and “Seller” must agree that their transaction between each other is their own transaction.
• “Buyer” and “Seller” must agree that Bloch Technical Systems Inc. is simply a tool to help them find their products or service, and does not have anything to do with the product or service that the “seller” is offering.
• The “buyer” and “seller” must agree on all of the “SellingYourStuff” Service Terms and Conditions, if they do not. They should not use the system.
• To add Buyer Protection Bloch Technical Systems Inc. Has Imposed This New Term & Condition: In a rare circumstance if any “buyer” purchases an item from the consignment sales area, and an item is not available anymore due to already being sold. The “buyer” will receive a 100% refund of money from the “seller” of the item. Please note that any individuals that use our carts, will then be billed fees to make up for refunds to the “buyer”. This is to help keep our service safe for all users.
• “You” agree that you will pay for all of your services on billing date.

1. Any client or business that would like to use our “SellingYourStuff” LinkIt Directory must abide by all of our current contract terms and conditions.
2. All individuals that link through our LinkIt Directory must also be aware that we are not responsible for the views of the websites of the sites that may be in the LinkIt Directory.
